Job Description

HealthPlus Pharmacy is seeking a knowledgeable and patient-oriented Pharmacist. In this role, you'll provide medication therapy management, educate patients on safe medication use, and contribute to our commitment to quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications and verify accuracy.
• Counsel patients on the proper use of medications and potential side effects.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy.
• Conduct health screenings and immunizations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Manage inventory and order pharmaceuticals.
• Educate patients on wellness and preventive health measures.
• Provide medication therapy management.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
• Pharmacist license in Pennsylvania

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting
