We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Specialist to help ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves reviewing and applying regulatory rules and effectively communicating complex compliance issues to team members. You'll be integral in developing and implementing policies to promote a culture of compliance within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the Compliance Manager in daily operational tasks.
• Review and update training materials pertaining to compliance.
• Assist in the creation of compliance metrics and dashboards for management review.
• Analyze feedback from compliance audits to improve processes.
• Contribute to the overall strategic planning of compliance initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in compliance or risk management

Technical Skills

• Compliance Testing

Certifications

• Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
