Looking for a Hydroelectric Production Manager who will oversee project execution from design to maintenance. This role requires strategic planning and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project initiatives from inception through completion.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Optimize operational efficiency and cost management.
  • Direct compliance audits and facilitate reviews.
  • Equip team members with the necessary resources and tools.
  • Review and approve project designs and specifications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Environmental Science
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the energy sector
