Job Description

As a Registration Representative, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team by efficiently registering patients and managing their medical records. The ideal candidate must ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information while providing exceptional customer service throughout the registration process.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the onboarding process and address any concerns or issues.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
  • Provide product knowledge and resources to support customers' needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist in analyzing customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certification in healthcare administration is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in patient registration or a related field.
