Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Officer to join our DMV team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring adherence to governmental regulations and internal policies while delivering exceptional service to the public.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance across operations.
• Prepare compliance documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Assist in the development of risk management strategies.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and develop compliance guidelines.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address compliance-related challenges.
• Regularly review and update internal compliance policies as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
• Advanced degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in compliance roles with a focus on government regulations
