Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Chocolate Production Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team in Houston, TX. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring chocolate production machines, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery for production runs.
• Monitor production metrics and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct routine quality checks on products for compliance.
• Document production data and report anomalies to management.
• Clean and sanitize equipment before and after production runs.
• Train new operators on machine operation and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in chocolate or confectionery manufacturing is preferred.
