Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Can Top Setter to join our team in Chicago. As a Can Top Setter, you will be responsible for accurately setting can tops on beverage cans during the production process. Your attention to detail and efficiency will be key to ensure our products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the can topping process throughout the production cycle.
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure product safety and integrity.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Provide feedback to the production manager regarding workflow improvements.
• Document all production issues and resolutions accurately.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills

• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of food safety regulations: Familiarity with safety standards in food and beverage manufacturing.
