Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automatic Furnace Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining an automatic furnace, ensuring proper functioning and efficient production.

Responsibilities

• Monitor various parameters of the furnace operation ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Perform routine checks to confirm the integrity of the furnace equipment.
• Make necessary adjustments to optimize production processes.
• Record operational data and generate reports for management review.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in metal refining or furnace operations

Technical Skills

• Furnace Maintenance
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Furnace Operations: Valid certification in furnace operation or related field is a plus.
• Experience in Metal Manufacturing: Prior experience in the metal manufacturing industry is advantageous.
