Job Description

As a Sueding Machine Operator, you'll be at the heart of manufacturing high-quality textiles. Your responsibilities will include monitoring machine operations, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This role requires attention to detail and the capability to solve problems on the fly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the sueding machine is in good working order before each shift.
• Troubleshoot any mechanical issues and engage the maintenance team when necessary.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations on the job site.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in either a sueding machine operator role or another textile machinery position.
