Job Description

As a Mainspring Winder and Oiler, you will be responsible for the meticulous maintenance of clock and watch mainsprings. This is an essential role requiring a keen eye for detail and skilled manual dexterity to ensure precision in horological craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Disassemble and reassemble watch movements as necessary.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain industry knowledge by attending workshops and training sessions.
  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of their repairs and services.
  • Assist in training new staff on best practices and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of horology or watchmaking program
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
