Multimedia Services Coordinator

Job Description

As a Multimedia Services Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of our multimedia services. This includes managing projects from concept through completion, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with our brand's vision. You will work closely with various teams to create compelling audio and video content, graphic designs, and digital assets that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities

• Manage audiovisual equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Produce and edit multimedia content for various platforms and mediums.
• Provide technical support for events and presentations, including setting up and operating equipment.
• Maintain multimedia databases and track usage and analytics.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure multimedia content meets organizational standards.
• Stay up-to-date with multimedia trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Ensure timely delivery of all multimedia content.
• Implement feedback to enhance future multimedia projects.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on multimedia tools and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Multimedia, Communications, or Marketing is a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in multimedia production and project management.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Final Cut Pro
• Avid Pro Tools

Languages

• English: Fluent
