Job Description

The Range Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations at our shooting range, ensuring a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for all visitors. This role includes managing staff, enforcing safety protocols, and coordinating events to promote safe firearm handling and responsible shooting practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the shooting range, ensuring a fun and safe atmosphere.
  • Conduct safety briefings before range activities commence.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and community organizations to promote shooting events.
  • Maintain accurate records of range usage and incidents.
  • Assist in marketing and promoting range activities to attract a diverse clientele.
  • Oversee the maintenance of safety equipment and emergency response systems.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
  • Evaluate and enhance shooting range programs to improve customer engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's Degree in Outdoor Recreation or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in range management or a related role

  • NRA Certified Instructor
