Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage supply chain operations and ensure seamless logistics processes. The successful candidate will coordinate shipments, manage inventory levels, and collaborate with vendors to facilitate timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the selection and evaluation of shipping partners.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
• Monitor shipment delivery schedules and adjust as necessary.
• Prepare for and conduct quarterly reviews of logistics operations.
• Train and mentor junior logistics staff.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Logistics or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics management

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Supply Chain Optimization

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
