Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Security Guards to join our retail security team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our customers, employees, and assets. Your responsibilities include monitoring the premises, preventing theft, and responding to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough security inspections of premises and assets.
• Implement loss prevention programs and initiatives.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of loss prevention practices and technologies.
• Assist in the training of new security personnel.
• Analyze and interpret security footage to detect theft or safety breaches.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding security and safety.
• Maintain communication with management regarding security risks.
• Lead emergency response efforts as required.
• Participate in security awareness programs for staff and customers.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in retail security or related field

Certifications

• Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
