As a Slot Technician, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless gaming experience. Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics on slot machines.
  • Identify and rectify common issues such as malfunctioning software or hardware.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize machine setups.
  • Document all repairs and maintenance procedures for future reference.
  • Implement safety protocols while handling equipment and tools.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting during their gaming experience.
  • Manage and maintain equipment-related inventory effectively.
  • Stay updated on new gaming technologies and practices.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve technical skills.
  • Provide feedback to management on potential improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in gaming technology is an asset
