Responsibilities

• Assist in developing new pole designs and prototypes.
• Engage in problem-solving to overcome production challenges.
• Train new employees on machinery and safety practices.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production progress.
• Ensure inventory levels of materials are maintained.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in woodworking or related field is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant woodworking experience.
