Job Description
We are seeking a Parts Salesperson who is passionate about the automotive industry. You will be responsible for managing parts inventory, assisting customers with their orders, and ensuring a smooth operation in our parts department.
Responsibilities
Maintain a thorough knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
Assist customers in selecting compatible parts for their vehicles.
Coordinate with logistics to manage delivery schedules.
Engage in upselling and cross-selling of parts and services.
Support service advisors in managing customer requests.
Implement best practices for inventory management.
Track and report on sales targets and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Higher education or specialized training in automotive preferred
Experience
2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced retail or customer service environment
