We are seeking a diligent and reliable Automotive and Watercraft Service Attendant to join our team. Your primary role will be to ensure customers receive exceptional service while refueling and maintaining their vehicles. You will assist customers with inquiries and provide support for any concerns they may have. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in refueling their vehicles safely.
• Perform regular checks on safety equipment and report issues immediately.
• Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers.
• Ensure all areas are clean and well-organized to enhance the customer experience.
• Engage with customers to build rapport and trust.
• Conduct routine inspections of the service area for cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license

Experience

• No prior experience required, but previous customer service experience is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Basic vehicle maintenance skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• First Aid/CPR certification: Certified in First Aid and CPR to assist in emergencies.
