• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of premises.
• Respond to security breaches, alarms, or emergencies in a calm and effective manner.
• Document and report all incidents in a clear and concise manner.
• Implement crowd management strategies during events.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Assist in training new security personnel as needed.
• Engage with the community and promote a safe environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Surveillance Monitoring Ability to monitor surveillance systems effectively.
• Emergency Response Experience in responding to emergencies swiftly and efficiently.
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Adept at identifying issues and resolving them quickly.
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Security Guard License (State-specific)
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with mobile surveillance systems: Familiarity with mobile security applications and monitoring systems.
• Bilingual abilities: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
