Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of premises.
• Respond to security breaches, alarms, or emergencies in a calm and effective manner.
• Document and report all incidents in a clear and concise manner.
• Implement crowd management strategies during events.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Assist in training new security personnel as needed.
• Engage with the community and promote a safe environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years experience in security or a related field

Technical Skills

• Surveillance Monitoring
• Emergency Response

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Security Guard License (State-specific)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with mobile surveillance systems: Familiarity with mobile security applications and monitoring systems.
• Bilingual abilities: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
