Job Description

As a Training and Development Specialist, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing management development programs. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify training needs while developing engaging content that enhances managers' skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training and development roles
