Job Description

As a Parking Enforcement Worker, you will enforce parking regulations, issue citations, and provide excellent service to the public. The position requires a strong sense of responsibility and customer service skills as you manage parking facilities and assist with inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor parking lots and street parking to ensure compliance with local laws.
  • Assist in processing payments and resolving discrepancies regarding citations.
  • Support the parking management team in improving service quality and efficiency.
  • Provide direction for vehicles during high traffic periods or special events.
  • Conduct audits of parking facilities to assess compliance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 2 years of experience in a related field with traffic control experience preferred
