Job Description

As a Permits Specialist at Construction Solutions Ltd., you'll play a pivotal role in obtaining necessary permits and licenses for our construction projects. Your expertise will ensure that we adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, contributing to the timely and efficient completion of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all applications for permits are submitted in a timely manner.
• Monitor changes in local regulations and update procedures accordingly.
• Negotiate with governmental agencies when necessary to expedite the permit process.
• Conduct workshops for team members on the importance of compliance.
• Prepare reports on the status of permits and licenses for management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in construction permit acquisition

• Project Management Software Proficiency

Certifications

• LEED Green Associate
• Construction Risk Management Certification (CRMC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
