Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Electro-Mechanical and Mechatronics Technologist or Technician to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our unmanned aircraft systems. You will work closely with engineers to implement innovative solutions that drive the aerospace industry forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new electro-mechanical systems for UAV applications.
• Coordinate with technicians on hands-on tasks and ensure project adherence.
• Manage schedules for maintenance and upgrades of existing equipment.
• Document specifications and drawings for new designs.
• Provide field support to ensure successful implementation of systems.
• Train team members on the operation and troubleshooting of unmanned systems.
• Conduct research to identify innovative technologies for integration.
• Participate in safety audits and risk assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electro-mechanical systems
