Job Description

As a Community Service Officer, you'll patrol designated areas to help maintain public safety. This role involves engaging with the community, responding to non-emergency calls, and assisting in organizing local events.

Responsibilities

  • Implement community safety programs in collaboration with local law enforcement.
  • Act as a liaison between community members and public safety agencies.
  • Track and analyze trends in safety-related incidents in assigned areas.
  • Facilitate workshops aimed at enhancing community safety awareness.
  • Offer assistance in emergency situations until law enforcement arrives.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in Criminal Justice or a related field is preferable
Experience
  • One or more years of experience in community services or related roles is a plus.
