Wind Energy Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Wind Energy Operations Manager to ensure quality control measures within our renewable energy division. The successful candidate will oversee the inspection and testing of energy-related products and processes, ensuring they meet industry regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a quality management system in line with industry best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive measures to mitigate potential quality issues.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations for product failures and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all quality control documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure quality expectations are met across the supply chain.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Engineering or Energy Management is preferred.
• Certification in Quality Management Systems is a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience with a focus on quality in renewable energy.
