Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting

Certifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in Arizona
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certification
