Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Psychologist to join our Baltimore team. The ideal candidate will provide psychological assessment, therapy, and counseling to clients facing various mental health challenges. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans and support individuals on their path to recovery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the psychological health of patients using various assessment tools.
• Apply therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Engage clients in developing coping strategies and skills.
• Monitor and document clients’ progress over time.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists for medication management when necessary.
• Educate clients and families about mental health issues and treatment.
• Participate in workshops and training to stay current with best practices.
• Advocate for client needs within the healthcare system.

Requirements

Education

• Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution
• Postdoctoral training is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Psychologist
