We are seeking skilled Radio, Cellular, and Tower Equipment Installers and Repairers to join our dynamic team in Chicago. The ideal candidates will have experience in climbing towers and installing telecommunications equipment, ensuring thorough maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections on wireless towers and equipment.
• Climb and work at heights while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Document repairs and maintenance tasks accurately.
• Coordinate with other technicians to complete installations efficiently.
• Provide training to junior technicians on safety protocols and equipment usage.
• Assist with the setup and testing of wireless network components.
• Engage in continuous learning on new technology and installation techniques.
• Promote a safety culture within the team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3 years of experience in telecommunications or tower climbing

Languages
