Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations for catching and processing shrimp.
• Ensure compliance with local fishing regulations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety on the boat.
• Track inventory and assist in the supply chain as needed.
• Engage in equipment maintenance and repairs as required.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid fishing license or certification

Experience

• Prior experience in fishing or shrimping is highly preferred.
