Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, or Tender to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with processing equipment and a keen eye for detail to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate mixing and blending machines for ceramic production.
• Ensure precise measurements of materials for each batch.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to meet safety regulations.
• Identify and report any discrepancies in production processes.
• Work with the quality control team to ensure product standards are met.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree or certification in manufacturing, ceramics, or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in machine operation or ceramics production

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of glaze application: Experience in applying glazes to finished products.
