Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Beater Tender to join our team and oversee the operation and maintenance of beater machines used in pulp production. This position requires precision, technical know-how, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in papermaking. Responsibilities

  • Operate the beater machines efficiently to ensure optimal pulp output.
  • Monitor the consistency and quality of the pulp created.
  • Engage in regular machine maintenance activities to prevent malfunctions.
  • Work closely with the production team to address and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Record operational data meticulously for reporting purposes.
  • Observe all safety measures and guidelines within the facility.
  • Participate in skill development workshops offered by the company.
  • Seek opportunities for process improvements in pulp production.
  • Encourage adherence to safety protocols among team members.
  • Assist in inventory management of raw materials and supplies.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a production environment
