Job Description

Join our team as a Kettle Operator, managing the curing machines and ensuring the highest quality standards of foam rubber products. Ideal candidates have experience in manufacturing and a strong focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate machinery used in the foam curing process.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production run.
• Document machine settings and maintenance activities.
• Help maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Assist in the development of production schedules.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Keep up-to-date with new industry technologies and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment, especially foam rubber curing

Technical Skills

• Safety compliance knowledge
• Machine operation

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous quality control roles: Experience in quality assurance in the manufacturing sector.
