You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and providing effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving product issues.
  • Ensure quality assurance by following up on customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss feedback and process improvement.
  • Document and share customer feedback with management for product development.
  • Stay updated on product changes and service offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication or Business preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or call center environment
