Job Description

Join our team as the AOC AADC Chief of Operations Staff Officer, where you will oversee the operations within the Air and Space Operations Center. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills to guide a dedicated team and develop strategies to meet operational objectives effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operations staff in executing air and missile defense operations.
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive operational strategies that maximize resources.
  • Evaluate training needs and develop training programs for the operations team.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure integrated operations.
  • Create and distribute reports reflecting operational effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage resources efficiently to meet operational demands.
  • Strategically assess and implement technological advancements.
  • Cultivate an environment of safety and compliance in line with military standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or a related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in military operations or defense management, with a focus on leadership roles.
