• Document daily production processes and report any discrepancies.

• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Engage in continuous learning about new baking techniques and processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a culinary or baking program preferred

Experience

• Experience with specialty doughs such as gluten-free or sourdough is a plus.

Certifications

• Food Handler Certification

Languages
