Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist who will provide essential technical assistance and support for our IT infrastructure. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, assist with system updates, and support IT projects aimed at improving our services significantly.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for technical issues.
  • Provide support for remote users and assist in online troubleshooting.
  • Research and recommend potential solutions for technical issues.
  • Ensure smooth running of all IT systems.
  • Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures.
  • Participate in training sessions for staff on software and technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT Support role
