Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Final Assembly Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting finished products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the ticketing process and ensure all passengers are informed.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure passenger comfort and safety.
• Document and report any customer service issues or incidents to management.
• Assist in managing luggage and special needs requests.
• Work alongside other team members to maintain a positive travel experience.
• Coordinate emergency response procedures when necessary.
• Monitor passenger behavior to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with the training of new Passenger Attendants.
• Provide feedback on service operations for continuous improvement.
• Engage in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a transportation or hospitality setting.

Technical Skills

• Ticketing systems
• First Aid Certification

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• CPR Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in hospitality or travel industry: Experience providing customer service in a fast-paced environment.
