Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Extruding and Forming Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will operate machinery to produce synthetic and glass fibers, ensuring top quality and efficiency in every step of the process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of extruding and forming machines with precision.
• Keep accurate records of production output, machine settings, and maintenance activities.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety requirements.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Ensure all materials are handled properly and in accordance with safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma or certification in manufacturing or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with extruding machinery

Technical Skills

• Operating machinery
• Quality assurance testing

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual in Spanish: Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with ISO quality standards: Proficiency in operating within the framework of ISO quality standards.
