Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Rolling Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to oversee the production of metal components. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rolling machines to create metal and plastic components.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Adjust rolling settings to achieve desired thickness and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
• Assist mechanics in troubleshooting machine breakdowns.
• Record production data and assist with inventory management.
• Follow best practices in equipment operation and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma in mechanical manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in the production or manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Maintenance Skills

• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Manufacturing Processes: Knowledge of modern manufacturing processes can be beneficial.
