We are looking for a skilled Leather Worker to become a vital part of our talented team. You will be responsible for crafting bags, wallets, and various leather goods, collaborating with our design team to bring innovative ideas to fruition.

Responsibilities

• Design and craft leather goods with careful attention to detail.
• Follow design specifications and work closely with the production team.
• Ensure all products are finished to the highest quality before delivery.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase new designs.
• Keep tools and machinery in good working order and report any malfunctions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product lines.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in leatherworking.
• Assist in inventory management and supply ordering.
• Foster a positive team environment through collaboration.
• Support the overall goals of the company by meeting production targets.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in leathercraft is a plus

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in leatherworking

Technical Skills

• Design interpretation
• Quality assurance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a fashion-related field: Background in fashion design or production is a plus.
