We are seeking a talented Art Glass Designer to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating unique designs for glass products, which include vases, bowls, and sculptural pieces. A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of color theory and composition are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead design sessions to conceptualize innovative glass products.
• Actively participate in the prototype development process.
• Work with suppliers to source the best materials for each project.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards in the design and production process.
• Mentor junior design staff and provide feedback on their work.
