Job Description

The Foamite Mixer is responsible for the operation and maintenance of foamite mixing equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and safe mixing of materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, assisting in the production of high-quality foam products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire foam mixing process, ensuring high standards of quality.
• Conduct regular maintenance on machinery to enhance productivity.
• Document production processes and report on outcomes to management.
• Inspect raw materials for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Engage in troubleshooting machinery malfunctions or process deviations.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to improve operational efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety procedures while handling chemical materials.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in foamite mixing or related manufacturing fields.

Advantageous

• Previous experience operating specific foamite mixing equipment: Hands-on experience with types of equipment specific to foam production.
