Job Description

A Lacquerer is responsible for applying and finishing lacquer coatings to various surfaces such as wood, metal, plastic, and ceramics. This role requires attention to detail and an understanding of the chemical properties of lacquers.

Responsibilities

• Apply various lacquer finishes to maintain our high standards of quality.
• Continuously monitor the application process for consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to achieve aesthetic goals.
• Stay updated on safety practices related to chemical handling and application.
• Assist in training new team members on lacquer application techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or woodworking environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of safety protocols
• Color matching skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in woodworking: Background in woodworking or similar craftsmanship environments.
