We are seeking a knowledgeable Proofreader and Copy Marker to join our editorial team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing news articles for grammatical accuracy, factual accuracy, and adherence to our editorial standards.

Responsibilities

• Proofread and edit copy for spelling and grammatical errors.
• Ensure all articles meet the publication's stylistic and formatting standards.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote edited articles effectively.
• Support the editorial team in maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.
• Monitor editorial guidelines and suggest updates as needed.
• Engage with journalists to ensure clear communication of expectations.
• Review past articles for any potential corrections or updates.

• Basic graphic design skills: Ability to create simple graphics for news articles.
