Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are searching for an Industrial Engineer to assess and improve our manufacturing processes. In this role, you will identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. You will also be tasked with developing metrics and KPIs to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans to optimize production efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot production bottlenecks.
• Analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Participate in safety audits and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Engage in product design reviews to support manufacturability.
• Work with suppliers to improve quality and delivery performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in industrial engineering
