As an IT Support Specialist, you will be a key player at Tech Solutions Group, addressing technical queries, maintaining IT infrastructure, and supporting various software applications. If you have a knack for technology and a passion for helping others, this role is designed for you.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming support requests and questions, escalating as needed.
• Keep track of IT inventory and equipment.
• Create and update user accounts and permissions.
• Support remote users with VPN and remote desktop services.
• Perform routine maintenance on computers and network equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or troubleshooting
