Job Description

As a Customer Field Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing hands-on support to customers and ensuring their needs are met. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting issues, handling installations, and maintaining strong relationships that foster customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Document all customer interactions and service resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Assist in the development of training materials based on customer needs.
  • Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery of products and services.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Assist in conducting market research to gather customer insights.
  • Participate in community events to promote the company's services.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent, technical certification preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in field support.
