Job Description

The Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) Coordinator is integral to ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet industry standards and customer specifications. In this role, you will coordinate all PPAP activities, review documentation, and liaise with both internal teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the management of all PPAP activities for new product launches.
  • Evaluate and refine PPAP processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with engineering to interpret technical requirements impacting PPAP.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members involved in PPAP.
  • Create reports on PPAP outcomes, presenting findings to upper management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience with PPAP process and submissions
