Join our dynamic team as the Medical Facilities Section Director, where you will manage facility operations, oversee staff development, and work collaboratively to improve healthcare services delivered to patients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning for facility operations focusing on efficiency and quality.
  • Develop training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and community partners to improve service delivery.
  • Monitor facility performance metrics to ensure optimal operations.
  • Assist in the development of budgets and financial plans for facilities.
  • Implement patient engagement strategies to improve satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain safety standards across all facilities and ensure emergency protocols are in place.
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration within the healthcare team.
  • Drive initiatives for process improvements and health outcomes.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on facility performance and budgets.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare management or related field
