Job Description

As a Nib Finisher, you will play a crucial role in producing top-notch nibs for our writing instruments. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will be essential in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and quality checks on nibs before and after production.
• Utilize various tools including nib grinding machines and polishing equipment.
• Document production processes and results accurately.
• Assist in training new employees on nib finishing techniques.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production efficiency.
• Adhere to inventory protocols for raw materials and finished products.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
